HLTEC Imaging
HLTEC Imaging is a Document Management solution for replacing paper files and/or microfilm for archival storage. The HLTEC Imaging solution incorporates document capture, scanning and automatic indexing using barcode recognition and ICR/OCR processing.
Document Management refers to database management of electronic files. These electronic files consist of images created from paper scanning or microfilm conversion, email files, word processing and spreadsheet files, graphics, pictures, etc.
HLTEC COLD/ERM
HLTEC COLD / ERM is a cost-effective solution for on-line storage, retrieval, distribution and management of computer generated output. Computer generated reports are automatically downloaded, compressed, indexed and stored on CD’s, Magnetic or Optical Media for immediate search and retrieval using one or more index keys (i.e. Account Name, Account Number, Invoice Number, Purchase Order Number,…). A COLD repository can be accessed by Client/Server thru the Web.
HLTEC Forms Processing
Allows customers to process document images and convert them to computer readable ASCII data using the following:
Barcode - coding schemes or sequences using thick and thin bars.
ICR - Intelligent Character Recognition - Hand-printed data recognition.
Mark Sense -Marks in circles, squares or ovals (i.e. Tests)
OCR - Optical Character Recognition -Machine printed data recognition.
OMR - Optical Mark Recognition - Similar to Mark Sense (A letter or character is printed)
HLTEC Forms Processing allows a customer to capture and recognize data that can eliminate manual key entry in application systems and to provide automatic indexing of a document.
