Bahamas Telecommunications Company (BTC) – HLTEC has successfully:
- Installed a Windows Server based COLD system for Billing Statement Archival with forms overlay using SQL Server Database.
- Implemented a complete Document Management (Imaging) System for the Human Resources/ Payroll department.
- Developed a Bill Presentation system for printing PDF formatted Statements and archiving for BTC’s Customer Service and Internet Web Hosting systems.
District Council 37 (AFSCME) in NYC (with over 125,000 members) purchased HLTEC’s Imaging system and services for their Annuity Fund Plan. The HLTEC software recognizes pre-printed Barcodes (Form Number and SSN) for automatically indexing scanned forms into a member’s file. HLTEC also uses ICR Forms Processing for automatic data entry of beneficiary or member’s names, addresses and other information that is hand-written on their Benefit Application, Rollover and Beneficiary Designation forms. HLTEC also provided DC 37 with all the services for printing and mailing over 75,000 Beneficiary Designation forms with Year-end Annuity Statements and return envelopes.
General Laborer’s Local 66 in Melville, LI is using HLTEC’s Imaging system with a direct online interface to ISSI’s accounting system. The HLTEC system directly interfaces with the ISSI stamp accounting and remittance system for immediate stamp validation and verification. HLTEC provides Local 66 with a Imaging solution for meeting DOL and IRS requirements for archival and backup purposes.
Merrill Lynch HLTEC developed and installed a COLD retrieval system for the Office of the General Counsel / Compliance Department for download of Customer Information (over 300,000 pages per month) into a Full-Text Search Database linked to Merrill’s RecordsNET Oracle database for worldwide access.
